Refund policy

Changing your mind. Every print is made to order. Where EU consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason: tell us at ns@kontikimaps.com within that time and send the print back, undamaged, within 14 days of telling us. The cost of sending it back is yours. We refund the price and the original delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until the print reaches us or you show that you sent it.

Damaged or wrong prints. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo as soon as you can and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
